You're relaxing on the bed in your room, listening to your music. You close your eyes and let your mind wander for a few minutes.
Your thoughts are suddenly interrupted by a strange sequence of words in your head. "Hello. Help. Hello. Help. Hello. Help."
Your sensors determine the voice you're hearing is not human or cybernetic, it's a radio signal in a very low frequency.
The signal is very faint and very encrypted, you wonder if it was meant for you or if you're picking it up by accident.
It's coming from somewhere on the TRAIN. You're confident you could locate it or even reply to it, if you wanted.

I make an effort to decrypt the message and locate the source of the message.

The message is coming from somewhere in CAR 4, where the Restaurant is, but you can't pinpoint the exact location from your room.
Most likely, the signal will be clearer to you the closer you get to the source, so you could try investigating that area in person.
You could probably also establish a line of communication by sending a reply to the sender using the same frequency.

I alert security about the signal. Then sighing I get up and head to CAR4 but do not go in live feeding as I go to security so they can deal with whatever or whoever is sending the signal. I look through any windows into the car to see if I can see anyone.

You approach the door to CAR 4 but don't go in. You peek through the door's window and, to your surprise, you spot a few familiar faces sitting at the restaurant.
On the right, Vanessa Rene is sitting with a blonde woman. They're talking in a private tone. You get the feeling she's Vanessa's bodyguard, judging by her demeanor.
On the left, Margaret Burton is sitting with one of her Dolls. You also recognize the infamous Carrossea Doon, attempting to engage in conversation with the two of them.

As you get closer, you're able to determine that the signal isn't coming from the dining area but somewhere in the restrooms in CAR 4. You relay your findings to security.
It takes her a couple of minutes, but you spot Limelda Jorg with your enhanced vision, as she enters CAR 4 through the other door. She's standing near the restroom door.
You wonder if you should approach Limelda and offer any further assistance in the matter. On the other hand, it is her job and you have no reason to doubt her competence.

If you're feeling social, you could talk to one of your acquaintances in the restaurant.
If you'd rather explore more of the train you could walk towards CAR 3.
Or you could always return to your room and rest, of course.
