I don't know. I advertised this board in a comment on Blue Jackal's LJ, so I guess she skipped right over it or something. I may have to e-mail her...as well as a few other Noir fans.

By the way, I forget who posted the pilgrimage to the Manor thing, but I may make that a destination when I go on my round-the-world trip (if I save up enough money :lol: )

Some more too muches:

-Because you connect Lunar's goddess Althena with Altena, you're sorely tempted to draw Altena as a goddess in the sky *as in Altena smiles upon you and you regain all your HP/MP*

-You e-mail every single fan you know and advertise this board...and hound them if they don't join

-In addition to the Manor, your destination for your round-the-world trip are Corsica (because Mireille lived there) and Paris (to track down Mireille and Kirika's apartment...I think someone on Shoujoai.com found it) :shock:

-You make fanart of all the images each Noir song evokes. I plan ondoing this.

-You  normally hate Westerns and thing like Leon, but now get into them because they're like Noir.

-You carry the two-pronged dessert fork you bought in your purse everywhere you go.

-You do your eyes like Dark Kirika's whenever you hear a song where she was prominently featured (easy since I have glasses)

-Afterwards you don't suddenly quit; you go from Dark Kirika to Dark Kirika .75, .50. 25, then yourself again  (Me too. It's fun)

More too much stuffs:

- In the middle of reading Julius Caesar, your teacher goes on about how fellow students shouldn't reveal the ending. Then he says, "It's a real cloak and dagger... something." You can't help beaming.

- Shortly afterwards your classmate mentioned something about a quote said in Latin by Caesar, and you immediately begin to hum Salva Nos.

- You realize (just now) how many things Noir-related happen in one day.

- You remember the day you converted to Noir-ism.

- After reading Chloe's Secret ( which was removed :[ ), you decide to make your own mini-Kirika shrine. :D

A friend got me (who lacked in the knowledge of Noir at that time) to cosplay as Kirika (while she cosplayed as Chloe) for a local anime convention... Long story, short, I bought the first three DVD's before the con ended...

Yikes, me too.

My 2nd "Noiriversary" will be on May 8th.   Yes, I've actually taken to celebrating a "Noiriversary".

Of course, Noir and I were just seeing each other casually for a few months before that...  8)

Ah, I use a version of that for "Altena", since, really, all of my systems tie in to "her" somehow.

I'll have to dig up the online versions of the others.  For Chloe I'm using this awesome cel of her on the rooftop during a lightning strike after the "Final Guidance".  The others are just using some of the cool promo shots from the artbook.

My computers at home and at work are noired up. I use this wallpaper. At startup they play that "tata" you can hear as K&M kill Don Gleone or during the courtyard scene in "The true Noir". At shutdown - of course "Lullaby", the instrumental part. And if an error occurs, you can hear a vocal version of "Salva Nos".

My mobile phone has as background a beautyfull picture of Mireille, smiling as she meets her uncle. The ringtone is "Melodie - Salva Nos Version".

I had fun to figure out that I spent my holidays at Corsica to that time as Noir was aired in Japan. I fell in love with that island, so you can be sure, one day I'll "Return to Corsica".

Ooh wow. That's just, wow. Maybe I'll do that sometime.. like when I get a faster computer. Or figure out how to do that. *shrug*  Whichever comes first.

More too muches:

OMG, I got a bottle of that for some xmas gift from an aunt or something 20 years ago, and it was the most foulest, most disgusting bit of chemical-in-a-bottle I'd ever received in my life.

Please don't tell me anyone actually liked how that obnoxious stench smelled!!

(because if it was likeable, that would explain the last 20-something years)

Sorry about the size, couldn't make it any bigger. And as you can tell, there are many erasures. I guess this one got lucky and became one of my somewhat rare 'good' drawings.

And I realize that's not the correct bottle. It looks more like that Chanel No. 5 one. But *shrug* perfume's not my thing. Never will be.

Hm. I'm curious as to how bad it smells. Maybe I'll get it for one of my friends next time and see if they cringe. :]

Two more:

- You are firmly convinced your bathroom is a portal to the Manor because it seems like time passes much slower in there compared to the outside world. When you think you've been in there for 5 minutes, it's really been 20. :D

- You realize you can make a Noir remix out of Nightwish's song Nemo. (which happened to be my AMV)
