ELDA TALUTA / Mignogna Appeal Update

For those who care about the outcome.
Vic Mignogna lost his appeal.
Monica & Ron won their fees and sanction appeal, and the lower court has been ordered to review the case and will potentially increase the award appropriately.
Nick Riketta has been walking back many of his claims about the case, and there is some speculation that he has retained a malpractice attorney.
Long and short of it is Vic is likely out considerably more money today than he was yesterday, but he might have a legitimate malpractice case against Nick & Ty that allows him to recover his losses.

It is possible. She might also have been fixated on her disappearance because of the mysterious circumstances.
There is all that time she spent with Takako and Shirase too, and someone at one point makes a joking reference to Takako and Rin as both being Shirase?s parents.

I sort of wonder if Gin was in love with Takako. The connection between them is never spoken out loud but it’s pretty clear they were close. It often feels like she lost someone who was more than a friend.

Just started watching this and it’s really good. If you have any issues with suspension of disbelief over four high school girls traveling on an expedition to Antarctica, then just remind yourself that the most dangerous person in the world will always be a Japanese school girl with abandonment issues.
