Funimation is streaming El Cazador already

I was poking around looking for clips to test my new Windows 7 installation with, and discovered this:

I'm guessing North America only, but still, I must have missed the announcement somewhere?  Or my memory is failing me...

It looks like they're all the way up to ep 22.  Subtitled.

I'm having trouble with their streams right now so I can't say anything about quality; I'd guess it would be much like Phantom.

To be honest the vids were put up with no fanfare.  I discovered them by accident my self.
