Topic: AMV ideas thread

In the moment I have too much Noir ideas to realize them in an acceptable time with my editing speed, especially since I want to make AMV's to other anime too. Maybe others have the same problem. Or some have ideas but dont wanna/can't make AMV's. On the other hand, there may be members that wanna make an AMV but have not idea. So this should be a place to share them.

In the moment I have 2 that I'll probably never make in favour of other projects:

- Falco "Out Of The Dark". This could be a view from Kirika at the relationship with Mireille, her unconditional submission, her pain. Of course this has to be taken by someone who belives in the shoujo-ai between K&M. :wink: Despite the English title, the lyrics are majorly in German. I'd provide a translation if necessary.

- ELO "Don't Bring Me Down". I see this as a comedy vid about the fact that the saplings (all three) tear each other down again and again.

Perhaps an AMV about:

 - Mireille' s relationship to Claude. Perhaps connected with Kirika's first love with the painter ! In view  with the ending sentence from Mireille!!!  Of course with a cute, slow music

I have two ideas I need to pawn off because I don't think I can pull them off.

One of them is an ode to Dark Kirika. The only video similar to it is Cyberia's video "Awaken", and I think one (or more) should exist.

The other is a "Kiriks's gonna go nuts" video, set to Premonition and Killing by Yuki Kajiura. The Premonition part is the calm before the storm, where you know you should run far, far away from Kirika right now because it's clear she's gonna go psycho. The Killing part is where she actually goes psycho, brutally massacring groups of people. I'd do it, but I'm already going to do a video set to Killing.

If anyone can mix the two ideas together, that would be awesome.

the weather girls "It's Raining Men".   Many scenes from the rooftop battle and other scenes with lots of guys running around and falling down.   I wouldn't do the whole song, though I imagine a minute long amv would be amusing.

Lol. That idea I had a while ago too while hearing the song in the radio. But somehow I forgot it. I can imagine it's hard to fill even one minute. Probably that's why I forgot that isea.

ideas I had but may never get around to:
-pretty woman: lots of Mireille walking down the street, ending with her turning around and firing. Blam blam!
-'cause I'm a blonde: lots of Mireille being blonde. At the right line, show Kirika and Chloe fighting, then all the guys look away from them when Mireille pops up.
-circle of life (lion king): silly parody with lots of ooc Altena
-feuer frei: Kirika - lipsynched! not very original but would be hilarious.

And to be fair and evenhanded, a Chloe amv (with lipsync) to e nomine's "das Bose" would be funny too.

Hm, I'm not sure how funny is what I'm about to propose, but...

Do you know the "Alive" theme from the 1997 musical Jekyll & Hyde? Well, I was thinking, maybe, someone ought to try creating an AMV about Dark Kirika to this song. =) I know that Hyde is much too male to sound like Kirika, but the lyrics and overall tone is quite appropriate IMHO.

If someone wants the song, I can upload it somewhere.

For M/K shippers, Nickelback's Far Away would make an awesome song to set an AMV to. My favorite part is the end of the song, where it goes:

-A Kirika/Chloe AMV, from Chloe's POV, set to Rod Stewart's "My Heart Can't Tell Me No". Unfortunately, I've already done three Kirika/Chloe AMVs, and besides, Rod Stewart's solution is to stay away from her, while Chloe's solution is to kill Mireille.
