Assuming that you mean Limelda and not Madlax then Chloe > > > > Limelda. In fact of all the characters Hisakawa-san portrayed in GwG series Chloe was arguably the best character concept. Jody was the more likable and had a larger screen presence, but was much less unique. While Ami Mizuno is still my number one favorite of all of her roles I think Chloe may have been her greatest triumph outside of Sailor Moon. I'll take Mireille over crybaby Usagi any day though >.>;

I would also like to add now that I'm actually thinking of it.  I don't really see Elenore in that way. Though I do like when she's wearing something other than her maid uniform.
