And the worst part is that they STILL haven't licensed Madlax back here.

Well the German dubs aren't really good, I must say, they sound too far away from "casual" speech, especially in the first video. The same thing applies to the German Noir dub, too, by the way. 
Yeah, I second that. But Noir had it easier in the aspect, since it didn't really pretend to be casual, with its drama and angst galore. Cazzy, on the other hand, lives and dies by the cheesy tones interspersed with serious themes.
Heh, I guess dubs can rarely make justice to the original, regardless of language... ^^;
Well, I probably mentioned before but the only good dub I encountered was a German one (of X TV, no less)...
